In March 2009, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. launched the Broadridge Foundation and the Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) Program. Since then, we have participated in several CSR initiatives that embody Broadridge’s core values. As a company, we successfully engaged in Earth Hour, actively promoted the work of our environmental committee’s green initiatives, recycled phones for our troops, supported literacy in the U.S. through the Read Across America Program and raised funds for the Broadridge Foundation, just to name a few. Individually, our associates volunteer countless hours of their time and energy to various programs that enrich their lives and the communities in which they live.

We have also launched a new shareholder education website which is designed to provide retail shareholders with important information about the proxy voting process. Broadridge supports market participants in the proxy and investor communications process by continually investing in our infrastructure and in new technology. We are committed to delivering efficient and innovative investor communications tools to the industry. This is another way we demonstrate being responsible in our area of expertise.
