Since 2007, Broadridge has announced the acquisition of 29 companies, three of which have been in 2018. Mike Tae,Head of Corporate Strategy at Broadridge, sat down with bobsguide at SIBOS 2018 to discuss the strategy. He said Broadridge has grown by adding client upon client, building ourselves organically and mutualising costs throughout the network and that the resulting ecosystem lends itself to the acquisition model, particularly in reducing the friction and time taken of integrating new additions.
