Mark is Broadridge’s Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for managing all technology shared services, including infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture and engineering, technical service delivery and architecture, governance, outsource service provider management, global data center operations, corporate application development, disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in information technology and has also held positions at Thomson McKinnon Securities, as well as Charles Schwab & Co. Mark joined Broadridge in 2007 and ADP in 1989.
