Speaker 1 :Working at Broadridge has been an absolute dream. Just because I haven't had to give up a career to continue rowing, I've been able to do both simultaneously and so much too at the world class level.

Speaker 2 :This is my first time in the business world in a very amazing fintech company, and to be able to get the career development I'm getting and the experience and the connections I'm making, it is invaluable. To be part of the Broadridge family has really contributed to not only just making additional income, but also it puts me on a path to be able to succeed in any where I want to go after this, hopefully continuing on in the right age group.

Speaker 3 : Rowing often requires people to sacrifice other parts of their lives, and to have a job in a community that recognizes what we do and makes it possible to still move forward in our career while we train at such an intense level has been incredibly special.
