I hope this update finds you and your families well. As we have previously communicated, Broadridge continues to be operational across all locations. Our highest priorities remain keeping our associates safe and ensuring our ability to serve you.

Below are some recent regulatory updates.  Please review our COVID resource page for additional historical industry resource links:

• The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has extended for a period of 60 days, certain Filing, Delivery and Prospectus Renewal Requirements of Investment Funds with Deadlines during the period June 2^nd to September 30^th, 2020.  In addition, the OSC’s May 29^th release states that it continues to temporarily waive late fees.
• Canadian Securities Administrators’ (CSA) announced on May 30^th temporary relief from certain regulatory filings available to registrants and unregistered capital markets participants, on May 20^th temporary relief for investment funds and non-investment fund issuers, and on May 1^st,  temporary relief to public companies with delayed annual meetings due to COVID-19.
• Canada Post Corporation continues to update their website advising of potential processing delays related to COVID-19. For Broadridge, we are continuing to process and deliver to Canada Post.
