If you don't attend the annual shareholder meeting online via a webcast or in person, there are several ways to cast a vote. You will receive a Form of Proxy or Voting Instruction Form (VIF) either via postal mail or email.

1. Go to proxyvote.com.
2. Enter the control number that appears on your Proxy or (VIF).
3. Indicate your vote on each proposal.
4. Complete your selections by clicking ‘Final Selection’.

1. Dial the toll-free number provided on your Proxy or VIF.
2. Follow the prompts to enter the control number on your Proxy or VIF.
3. Enter your voting decisions.
4. When finished, follow the specific instructions for your vote confirmation.

1. Indicate your vote on each proposal by completing the Proxy or VIF.
2. Return the Proxy or VIF in the business reply envelope included with meeting materials.
